9 Weeks From Show: Body Fat Reduction

Week 9 from 1st bikini show was challenging because I traveled for business. Keeping up with workouts and meals while traveling takes planning. Another update, last week cardio was 3 times a week for 20 min. This week increased to 4 days a week and 30 min cardio.

    • Weights
      • 6 days a week
        • 2 days of legs
        • 2 days of shoulders
        • 1 day of chest
        • 1 day of back
    • Cardio
      • 4 days a week
        • Elliptical with a leg band – 30 mins
      • 3 days a week
        • Sprints on treadmill – 10 intervals
      • Abs
        • 3 days a week
  • Meal plan – business convention trip and types of foods were different however macros were the same.
  • Lessonvegies for fitness
    • What foods I can take on a plane – packets of tuna, salmon, and chicken. I also packed pre-measured oats, protein power, and meal replacement powder. I choose to bring chocolate and regular rice cakes too.
    • What foods they take away at the airport – peanut butter.

Foods I purchased at a store – cucumbers, humus, water, and peanut butter.
