11 Weeks From Show: Body Fat Reduction

Eleven weeks out and consistency is the game. Each day I eat my meals and I work my muscles. It might not sound exciting, however this is where the gains happens both mentally and physically. To have shoes in time to start posing class in week 10, I also ordered my shoes online. Check out details at Five Tips When Choosing Bikini Show High Heel Shoes. Meals are going well. I had multiple days were I felt like I was over stuffed and did not want to eat all of my food. I have sugar free gum with me for when I am in business meetings and running behind my next meal time. Thank goodness there are so many different flavors of gum because I like a variety.

Swimsuit – This week I got to research swimsuit. I narrowed it down to about 50 in Pintrest.

  • The color choices are all the rainbow colors. I am leaning towards a blue. Then I get to choose which shade of blue.
  • Next there are the options of jewel patterns. There are some options of just jewels on the top or you can have jewels on both top and bottoms.

There is also the decision of the type of connectors for the top and bottom. There are so many designs and shapes.
