10 Weeks From Show: Body Fat Reduction

There were a few changes this week in cardio.The conditioning sprints on the treadmill increased from 8 intervals to 10 intervals. That might not seem like a lot until you are sprinting on the treadmill and sweat is dripping down not only your face, it is also running down your back. Your legs feel like they are going to give out and you know you have 2 more sprints to go. That is when 2 more sprints is like a lot.

On another note, when I do my 20 min cardio, I am usually on an elliptical. Sometimes I change up machines and use the stair climber. I still use the leg band. Just be careful when getting on and off the machine with the leg band.

Posing Classes – Over the next 10 weeks I will be attending multiple posing classes a week. I had my first posing class this 10 weeks out from 1st bikini show posepast week. Coming soon post “My First Posing Class” for funny details of what I learned. I have watched many “Bikini Show Posing” videos online and there are a lot great ones. I suggest checking them out. Look for ones that are posted by a “Pro.” They have competed and won many shows to become a pro and know what they are talking about.

Body Measurements – I have been tracking my body measurements monthly. Week 12 was a monthly measurement. Now I am measuring every 2 weeks. At the end of week 10 was the next measurement. The reason that I am measuring every 2 weeks now until the show is because there are going to be a lot of body shape changes. I am tracking to make sure measurements of my arms, chest, legs remains the same. I also tracking that my waist and hips continue to decrease. All of these are to make sure that I am still maintaining the muscle that I have built and lower the body fat.
