The final week of preparing for my 1st NPC Bikini Show was full of activities that changed daily. To keep it simple, I listed each day and what happened regarding activities or what changed regarding meals.
- 7 days out
- Started skin prep with body wash scrub and body lotion. This helps for the spray tan to adhere to the body.
- Meal plan change – in addition to macros had
- 2 gal water
- ¼ tsp salt on 3 meals
- Weight training
- 6 days out
- Intervals in the am and night 30 min on elliptical
- Weight training
- 5 days out
- Intervals in the am and night 30 min on elliptical

- Carb macros increased by ~70 grams
- 1/8 tsp salt on 3 meals
- No more protein shakes
- No more gram crackers or Barbra O’s
- No more tomatoes, onion, zucchini
- Am cardio 40 min steps and 30 min after weights on treadmill
- Weight training
- Went to local hair salon and had hair colored to 1 sold dark brown color.
- Shaved body from neck down with coconut oil. This was to prep the body for the spray tan.

- Went to a local nail salon and had a gel French style fingernails put on.
- Shaved body from neck down with coconut oil to get any hairs that were not cut 2 days before.

- Evening traveled to North Scottsdale to Carlotti Cosmetic Surgery Center (Sponsor of the event) for NPC Felicia Romero Western Regionals check-in. The event was hosted by NPC Miles Productions.
